Belenggu Dua Hati tells the story of Tyas's father (Dewi Rezer) who does not approve of his marriage to Agung (Teddy Syah). In fact, the father cursed his second marriage so as not to have children. Tyas was even sadder when Agung had an affair and married Willa (Tiwi T2). He also has a daughter named Kejora (Rosiana Dewi).Even though he has two wives, Agung is still a responsible husband. He also loves his family and works hard. Even though he treats his two wives and children fairly, Tyas is often jealous. He often gives different needs between his children Alina (Raquel Katie) and Kejora. Tyas feels that Kejora is a threat because he does not want the position of the rightful heir to fall into his hands.
